Town of Gravenhurst
The old Town of Gravenhurst site was starting to show it's age and needed both a visual and technical update. We worked with town staff to deliver a platform to suit their needs. Based on a robust content management system that allows town staff to make any necessary updates on their own, the site also features interactive calculation and record search tools, a municipal calendar, features for breaking news, a blog, and much more. All this is wrapped up in one of our designs that not only satisfies the desires and requirement of a diverse user base, but also is flexible enough to handle all the varied content demands and is very accessible to disabled users.

Morley Morley Bell-Towns
The Morley Morley Bell-Towns (MMBT) website posed an interesting challenge. Three unique companies had joined under one roof and needed to retain their individual identities, while still remaining tightly integrated with each other. The website needed to give each company it's own space, but retain common elements throughout to unify the companies. The solution was a common design, but a different colour scheme and header depending on which part of the site the visitor was viewing. The three companies also shared some content, so we had to develop a means by which the viewer would be presented with the correct content and links depending on how they had reached the page which allowed the shared content to be correctly branded depending on the viewers interests.

Gravenhurst Business Improvement Area
The Gravenhurst Business Improvement Area (BIA) had several issues with their current website. Not only was the site difficult to update, leading to content that was several months old, but it no longer reflected their direction, didn't showcase the unique nature of Gravenhurst, nor did it offer any value to the BIA's members. We solved these problems with a fresh design and a new approach. All the content in the new site is managed by a simple administrative interface, allowing the BIA to update the site themselves using a WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) interface that eliminated the need for specialized web design knowledge to update the site, add meeting minutes, or feature a news item. The new site also features a photo gallery to showcase Gravenhurst as a tourist destination and a newsletter management system that makes keeping the BIA membership in the loop a simple task. Perhaps most importantly however is an all new member directory that allows individual businesses the opportunity to make sure their shop is featured online correctly. The directory is searchable and browsable by business category, as well a featured shop is presented randomly on every page view, helping visitors to the site explore Gravenhurst.

The Real Muskoka Experience
We were recently approached with a dilemma. There had been a significant investment in the Real Muskoka Experience branding but they had been left with a website that was near impossible to update. The solution was to retrofit our custom content management system and modern development standards into the existing site design. We were not only able to leave them with an easily updated site, but expanded it to handle a new events section. RealMuskoka.com is now up to date and fully in their hands.

Muskoka Autumn Studio Tour
The Muskoka Autumn Studio Tour has been a much anticipated annual event in Muskoka for over 30 years. They already had a website, but it was difficult to update and didn't feature the artists as well as it could have. We fixed that with a new system that allowed the group to not only make their own updates with special knowledge, but put the power of a new artist feature system to the individual artists. Each artist can now not only update their own profile, but they can upload a number of photos to their private gallery which are featured in a slideshow on their profile page, and select a piece to showcase in the main site's slideshow to display their work. The system also gives the group the ability to add, remove, and re-order artists from the tour each year as they continue to grow.
